# Cultivator AI

> Cultivator AI builds purpose-built agent teams (not a configurable platform) for one workflow at a time. The agents, the containers and the customer's data run on infrastructure the customer owns and controls. Model inference runs on European providers by default, or on the customer's own hardware where they have it, and never touches a US provider. Primary focus: owner-managed manufacturing SMEs of 50-250 people in the Netherlands, with Brainport (Eindhoven) as the beachhead.

## What we do
- Build a team of specific, purpose-built agents shaped to one company's data and workflows, rather than selling a generic AI platform to configure.
- Sovereign by construction, meaning jurisdiction and ownership rather than locality: the customer's agents and data run on the customer's own infrastructure, the customer owns the system, and inference runs under European jurisdiction so no US provider can be compelled under the US CLOUD Act.
- Deliver AI-augmented software: internal tooling, integrations, modernisation, and ticket-to-PR delivery of the production software that runs the business.

## What we are not
- Not a generic, configurable AI platform.
- Not an operational / contact-centre AI-agent vendor that replaces human workers in a queue. We build the software and the augmenting agent teams; we do not sell call-deflection agents.

## How we are different
- Sovereignty is the default, not an add-on: you own the system, and nothing about it sits in US hands.
- We ship specific agents that ARE the logic and the interface, so customers deploy the agents they need instead of modelling their work into a platform's ontology.
- The combination of deep domain expertise and agentic engineering is the moat, and that combination is rare.
