Your unique processes, amplified by AI, kept sovereign
Your plans, executed faster. Your system, private and yours. Your agents, built for you.
Cultivator AI builds agent teams for one workflow at a time and puts them to work inside your business. Your systems and your data stay yours, under European jurisdiction, and the work that used to wait on people starts moving.

What does standing still cost you?
Nothing on this list is new to you.
- The quote that took three weeks because one person had to put it together by hand.
- The backlog that grows faster than the team, so the roadmap slips a quarter every quarter.
- The engineer you approved in January who starts in September, if the offer lands.
- The competitor down the road shipping the software you keep postponing.
None of that is a technology problem. It is capacity.
What does Cultivator AI deliver?
A working agent team for one workflow in your business, running on your own infrastructure. Something that does the work, not a tool your people have to learn first.
01
Throughput where the work is stuck
The quotes, the internal tools, the integrations, the software your product needs. Work that has been waiting for capacity starts moving.
02
Capacity without the six-month search
Your people stay in charge and review what the agents produce. The team gets bigger without waiting on a hire you cannot find.
03
An asset that stays yours
The agents run on your infrastructure and belong to you. If we walked away tomorrow, they keep running.
Your people bring judgement, domain expertise, and decades of know-how. Agents bring speed, scale, and tireless precision.
We do not replace what already works. We lay agent capacity on top of the expertise your business is already built on.

How does this get built?
We start with the people who do the work, not with your codebase.
01
We sit with the people who do the work
Not with your codebase. We learn how the workflow actually runs, where it stalls, and what done right means in your context. The person who knows is rarely the person who wrote the process down.
02
We build the agents that workflow needs
Tuned to your data, your naming, and your exceptions. Not a generic assistant pointed at your business, and nothing for your people to configure.
03
It goes live on your own infrastructure
On your servers, with your people reviewing and steering from day one. One workflow at a time, not a transformation programme.
Who already runs on their own agent teams?
We do. Cultivator AI runs its own research, development and operations on the same kind of purpose-built agent teams we build for customers, on our own infrastructure.
We are our own customer number zero. We have no customer logos to show you and we are not going to borrow anyone else's. What we can show you is a company running on its own agents, and you can ask us anything about how it works.
Sovereignty
Where does your data live, and who owns what you paid for?
Your agents and your data run on your own infrastructure. You own the system.
Model inference runs on European providers by default, or entirely on your own hardware if you have it. Either way it never touches a US provider, so the CLOUD Act question does not arise. Nothing about your processes is trained on, and nothing is handed to a vendor who can hold the switch.
Under the US CLOUD Act, US authorities can compel a US provider to produce data it holds anywhere, including in an EU region. That is a statement about US law, and it is the reason the jurisdiction matters more than the postcode.
Sovereignty on its own is becoming table stakes. The combination is the point: sovereign by construction, and built for one workflow in your business.
How this compares to a platform, SaaS AI, or a consultancy
Tell us what is stuck
Whether you have a software team that is overloaded or no software team at all, the first step is the same. Name the workflow that has been waiting longest, and we will show you what an agent team for it looks like and what it takes to run it on your servers.
