Careers
A small team, and a very high bar.
We are building a forward deployed engineering team for Dutch manufacturing, on our own platform Trellis. We are early and founder-led, and we hire on what you can build, not on a resume.

The work
Forward deployed, on the factory floor.
Not a desk job. You sit with the people who run a manufacturing company, learn how their work really flows, and build the agents that take the digital legwork off them. You ship on their own infrastructure, watch it run, and close the loop. Trellis is the platform you build on; the craft is turning one messy real process into a swarm that holds up in production.
Embedded, not remote
You spend real days on site in Brainport, in the room where the work happens. The knowledge you need is rarely written down.
End to end
You scope it, build it, deploy it, and own whether it actually works. Small teams, short loops, no hand-offs to a delivery department.
On our own platform
You build on Trellis, the system we run our own company on. You will extend it, not just use it.
Who we are looking for
Engineers who ship, and like people.
You are as comfortable in a codebase as you are sitting across from a planner who has done the job for twenty years. You would rather build a rough thing that runs this week than a perfect thing next quarter. You care that it is sovereign: your customer owns what you build. Dutch is a real advantage for the customer work, not a requirement for the engineering.

Why we hire this way
Build a swarm, not a CV.
You will never win on credentials alone, because someone always has the better school or the longer resume. So skip that game, and remove every unknown you can before the first call.
A resume
asks us to imagine what you might do.
A swarm
shows how you think, whether you take initiative, and what you can actually build. Made before anyone asked, it sends every signal at once.
How to apply
Show us a swarm.
We do not want a cover letter. Build a small swarm, a few agents doing one real task together, and show us how it works and why you built it that way. We look at what you made, not where you worked. The ones with the most potential we talk to first.
The upload platform is opening soon. Until then, email us a link to your swarm (a repo, a video, a live demo) and a line on how it works.
