Privacy and cookies

What we do with your data.

Last updated 28 July 2026.

The short version

This website does not track you. It sets no analytics, no advertising cookies, and no fingerprinting. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party, so simply reading these pages sends your data to no one but the host that serves them.

Two things do involve other parties, and only if you choose them: booking a call (handled by Google Calendar) and emailing us. Both are described below.

Who is responsible

Cultivator AI, Eindhoven, the Netherlands. For any question about your data, or to exercise a right below, email [email protected].

Reading the site

The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Serving a page necessarily processes your IP address and browser user-agent as part of delivering it, and the host may log this briefly for security and abuse prevention. We do not add any analytics or tracking on top of that, and we do not build a profile of you.

Booking a call

To book a call we send you to Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling, on Google’s own page, which opens in a new tab when you click the booking link. Nothing loads from Google while you are on our site, so simply visiting the contact page contacts Google not at all; that happens only once you choose to open the booking page.

If you book a slot there, the name, email address and answers you enter go to Google and appear in our Google Workspace calendar so we can hold the appointment. We use that information only to prepare for and hold the call. Google acts as our processor for this, under its own terms; see Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles it.

Emailing us

If you email [email protected], we receive and keep what you send so we can reply and, if it goes further, run the conversation. Our mail is hosted on Google Workspace under European terms. We do not add you to any marketing list.

Cookies

We set one cookie of our own. If you switch language with the toggle, we store that choice in a small “lang” cookie so the site keeps your language next time. It tracks nothing and is shared with no one. Because it only remembers a preference you asked for, it needs no consent banner, and it is the only cookie we set.

We use no analytics, advertising, tracking or fingerprinting cookies. Google can set its own cookies only if you click through to the booking page, and by then you are on Google’s own site.

How long we keep things

Booking details and email correspondence are kept for as long as we are in contact or a business relationship needs them, and then removed. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold and delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to our using it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this statement changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through because the site is small and so is this page.
