How it works

One process. Thirty days. Your decision.

We take one process that hurts and build a small working version in thirty days: first time right, on your own data and infrastructure. Then we close the loop, so it improves with use. Fixed price, and at the end you decide.

Why your people first

Why start with your people, not your data?

Because the data does not say what it means. Your people do.

That knowledge is how we get it right the first time. We learn the parts nobody wrote down: what “rejected” really means on your floor, which ERP field everyone actually trusts, why that order always goes through the same person. Skip it, and you get a system that is correct on paper and useless on the floor.

We build on what works, not over it.

What happens in the first thirty days?

One process, the data sources it needs, and a report at the end that tells you whether it worked.

  1. Week 1

We get access to one system and measure how the process runs today: how long an answer takes, how often, what it costs when it is wrong. If access takes longer than a week, that is itself the finding.

  2. Week 2 and 3

We build the agents against your data, on your infrastructure. Your process owner reviews twice.

  3. Week 4

Your people use it. We stay out of the way and measure.

  4. Day 30

One hour, with you in the room. The numbers, and your decision.

What it costs

One fixed price.

No hourly rate, no range that creeps up. One process, one report, and the data sources it needs, for the thirty days. If it runs long, that is our problem, not your invoice.

What do we need from you?

One process owner, access to one system, and thirty minutes on day 30. That is the whole list.

One process owner

Someone who does the work and can tell us when we are wrong. No owner on your side, no experiment.

Access to one system

The one that holds the process we agreed on. Read access is enough to start.

Thirty minutes on day 30

You, in the room, when we show what we measured.

On day 30 you decide: keep it, grow it, or walk away.

If it works, you keep it and it grows on the same foundation: the platform goes in, the same team automates the next process, and the answers land where your people already work. If not, we turn it off and take it out, and the fixed price bought you something true about your own company. No phase two you get talked into; if you want more, you ask.

When is this not for you?

This works when the process that matters is yours, not something you can buy off the shelf.

If you can build and run it yourself, do. If you want a tool everyone else has, buy it, it is cheaper. We build the part that is yours, and we ship you a system that multiplies your people.

Which process goes first?

We take one of your processes and build the agents for it, and you see it on your own data in thirty days. Thirty minutes at your site, no deck.
