Frequently asked questions

The questions manufacturers actually ask us, answered straight.

Where does my data go, and who can see it?

Your agents and data run on infrastructure you own or control. Inference runs on European providers by default, or your own hardware, so prompts stay under European jurisdiction and never touch a US provider. Nothing about your processes is trained on.

What does sovereign AI actually mean here?

Jurisdiction and ownership, not locality. It does not promise your data never leaves your network. It promises no US provider is ever in a position to be compelled under the CLOUD Act, because the system is yours and inference stays under European jurisdiction.

Do I have to replace my existing systems?

No. We add agentic capacity on top of what you already run; the agents integrate with your existing tools and data, no rip-and-replace.

How is this different from a configurable AI platform?

A platform gives you a toolkit to model your work into. We give you specific agents shaped to your workflow and data. You deploy the agents you need instead of configuring a platform you do not.

How is this different from contact-centre or customer-service AI agents?

Those tools replace human work in a queue, like tickets or calls. We build the software that runs your business and the agents that augment your people. Different work, different budget. If you need call deflection, that is not us.

What does it cost, and why small open-source models?

Small open-source models are far cheaper per use than frontier models, and small enough to run on modest hardware, including yours. Cost depends on the workflow and infrastructure; we size it to what the job needs.

What if we already use tools like ChatGPT or Copilot?

Those are general assistants used ad hoc, with prompts going to a US vendor. We build specific agents wired into your workflows and data, on your infrastructure under European jurisdiction. They complement general assistants rather than compete with them.

Who owns the agents?

You do, both the agents and the infrastructure they run on. No platform lock-in holding your workflow hostage.

Who is Cultivator AI for?

Owner-managed manufacturers with deep domain expertise and a working operation, where the knowledge lives in a few people and the data is spread across systems that do not talk. Companies that want to become the manufacturer of the future, their people amplified by their agents, without handing their processes to a US vendor.

How do we get started?

Tell us one workflow you want to give agentic capacity to. We show you what a purpose-built team for it looks like, then build and deploy it on your infrastructure. Book a call to start.

Still have a question?
